Visit the school, then complete the application with the office. Paper and online both work.

Conditions of entry

What the school asks of every family, so there are no surprises. The signed declaration is completed with the office when a place is accepted.

Fees for each term are paid in full on or before the payment date the school gives parents in advance. An invoice is available at any time on request.
Fees paid after the due date carry a 5% late payment charge.
Any debt from the previous term or year is cleared before a pupil is enrolled for the next one.
Fees do not include public examinations, which parents and guardians pay for.
Reports and certificates are held back, and pupils cannot graduate at the end of the primary cycle, until fees are paid in full.
Where possible the school will agree a way forward with a parent who is struggling to pay.

Pupils arrive on time each morning, leave on time, and are present for the whole term. The aim is at least 95% attendance across the year.
If attendance falls below 90% the school holds a pupil review meeting with parents.
Pupils keep to school rules and wear the correct, well-fitted uniform. Uniforms are available at the school on enquiry and payment.
The Head Master may remove a pupil after enquiry for a grave offence or persistent unsuitability, under the school's behaviour policy.

Parents attend parents' days, information evenings and any meeting the school asks for, and support school events where they can.
Please tell the school in confidence about any medical condition, allergy or learning need, and about any change to family or emergency contacts.

One full term's written notice to the Head of School is needed to cancel a place or withdraw a pupil, or a term's fees are due in its place.
Parents consent to educational visits that do not involve an overnight stay, travel overseas or hazardous activities.
Pupil photographs may appear on school displays, print and the school website for non-commercial school purposes. A parent who objects writes to the school.
Personal and medical data is held and used lawfully, under the laws of Tanzania, to look after the child's welfare.
